It's one of the simplest, most caring things you can say to someone you love. But let’s be honest: sometimes, life gets in the way. The text is forgotten. The worry creeps in.
That’s why we created Follow Me Home – a new feature in your Sirène that turns that caring gesture into something active, reliable, and instant.
So… What Is Follow Me Home?
Follow Me Home is your way of saying, “I’m headed somewhere now – can you just keep an eye on me?”
With just two quick clicks on your Sirène device, your chosen contacts will get a notification that you’re on the move and can follow your live location in real time – from point A to point B.
No need to send a text. No need to explain where you are, and how far you’ve come. Just two clicks, and the people who care about you are watching your journey until you arrive safely.
It’s peace of mind for both of you.
How To Use It
To activate Follow Me Home:
01. Press the metallic button twice quickly.
02. You’ll feel a short vibration and see two green blinks around the button (with a short pause in between).
03. This means the feature is active.
04. Your selected contacts will immediately get a notification and can follow your live location.
05. When you arrive safely, simply deactivate the feature in your Sirène app
To deactivate Follow Me Home:
01. Open the Sirène app and tap Stop Follow Me Home
When to use Follow Me Home
Think of it as your invisible companion whenever you feel just a little unsure about your surroundings – or simply want to give your loved ones peace of mind.
Here are some real-life moments where Follow Me Home makes sense:
01. After a late night out, walking or taking public transport
02. On your evening run or bike ride
03. Walking to your car in a quiet parking lot
04. Coming home from work during dark winter hours
05. Traveling alone in an unfamiliar city
06. Anytime you just want someone to know you’re okay
You can also use it together with friends: You can follow them, they can follow you – or both at the same time.
What if something doesn’t feel right?
Follow Me Home is made to keep things calm – but if something changes, and you feel unsafe or threatened, you can hold down the Sirène button to trigger a Critical Alert.
This immediately overrides Follow Me Home and sends out an urgent signal to your emergency contacts – including a loud siren from the app and a clear message: “I need help.”
